📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Provide training and education to construction teams on safety procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain safety management systems.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety measures into construction plans.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
- Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
