📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including banking, petty cash, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Conduct regular reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cost control.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the finance team during month-end and year-end processes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cost control principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
