📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute high-impact sports and cultural competitions in Bangka Belitung.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract participants.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to ensure the success of events.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for events, ensuring they are executed within budget.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, equipment, and staffing.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, collecting feedback and making data-driven improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for event travel.
