As an HR Officer / HR Executive at Leeden, you will work closely with our team of professionals in beautiful locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in the rich culture and stunning landscapes of Bali while contributing to the success of our clients' HR strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job portals.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax, benefits, and leave policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee development.
• Conduct regular HR audits and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-client or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and professional development.
