📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
