Coinbase is seeking a talented Senior Sourcing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and hire the best talent. This is a remote position based in the USA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough candidate research and screening to identify potential hires,Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture,Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate information,Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on sourcing progress and results,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition,Participate in recruitment process improvements and innovation initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role,Proven track record of successful sourcing and recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
