📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs using e-learning platforms like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments, analyze training outcomes, and continuously improve training programs based on feedback.
• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
