📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and consistency.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
