📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to optimize campaign performance.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Report on marketing performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
