📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the cooperative branch in Grobogan, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooperative management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cooperative operations.
• Strong understanding of cooperative principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and cooperative management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
• Certification in cooperative management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
