📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and complex chemical analyses using advanced laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC-MS, and ICP-OES.
• Develop and implement standardized analytical methods and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement in our processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and optimize process parameters.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior staff to maintain high standards of analytical work.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new analytical methods.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure the availability of reagents and consumables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical analysis, with a strong background in quality control and process optimization.
• Certification in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, or ICP-OES is a plus.
• Proven experience in interpreting analytical data and providing actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including GLP and GMP.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software such as LabVIEW or ChromaTOF.
