We are currently seeking a talented Casual Leasing Mall Specialist to join our team in Jawa Barat. In this role, you will work closely with our leasing team to identify and secure new tenants, as well as maintain and enhance the relationship with existing ones. You will be responsible for presenting our mall spaces to potential tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with potential and existing tenants to understand their business needs and goals.
• Present our mall spaces to potential tenants, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Negotiate leases and contracts, ensuring that they are in the best interest of both the tenant and the mall.
• Maintain and enhance the relationship with existing tenants, providing them with excellent service and support.
• Monitor tenant performance and provide feedback to help them improve their business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the retail industry.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to promote our mall spaces and attract new tenants.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay informed about the latest developments in the retail industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or property industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
