📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily building operations and maintenance activities
• Manage and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
• Implement and maintain building management systems using tools like SAP or similar software
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and reports
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance property performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building management or property maintenance
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and building management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for property management
