📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to identify the best fits for our organization.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
