📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are properly coordinated and executed.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders, including management, clients, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
