📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
