As a Lead Technical Writer, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technical writers.

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Train and mentor junior technical writers,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity and accuracy,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of insurance technology and products,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
