📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including stock control and cycle counting.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Warehouse Manager.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
