🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of company operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
