Home Pearl Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory is well-organized and that our products are safely stored and shipped. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for logistics and operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing warehouse inventory and ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.,Receiving, storing, and shipping products to customers.,Working with the sales team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.,Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, including shelves, bins, and storage areas.,Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, both manually and with the help of forklifts or other equipment.,Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Assisting with the organization and implementation of warehouse processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with or without assistance.,Forklift certification is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
