📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
