📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist with store setup and closing procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
