📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to identify and address any issues or delays.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all project personnel.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and final project documentation.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a senior project engineering role.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
