Develop and implement learning programs that align with the institute's mission and vision.,Oversee the organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.,Conduct needs assessments and design training programs to address the developmental needs of employees.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to promote a culture of continuous learning.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of learning and development strategies.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.,Provide leadership and guidance to the Learning & Development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and organizational development, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.,Certifications in organizational development or related fields are a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
