📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Execute promotional activities and sales campaigns to drive market share and sales growth.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive promotional efforts.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
