📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other distribution channels.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product sales and growth.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and improve overall performance.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
