📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area to enhance customer experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
