📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain and update the company's learning management system (LMS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
