In this role, you will be responsible for managing store inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy of records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Proven track record of improving store performance and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
