📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.,Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of transportation processes.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and ensure they meet performance targets.,Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recording of stock movements.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
