📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.,Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
