Rejeki Gilang Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.
