BOLT Nusantara is looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining the best of office and remote work. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
