Up Star Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus in accordance with the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in the hiring and training of new kitchen staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Ensure that all food products are stored and handled according to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
