📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
