📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team by providing support and guidance.,Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.,Follow up on leads and track sales performance.,Assist in creating and updating sales reports.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
